Мариины слезы не всуе проливаются тепле, / се бо сподобися и учащих Ангелов, и видения Самого Иисуса. / Но еще земная мудрствует, / яко жена немощная: / темже и отсылается не прикасатися Христу. / Но обаче проповедница посылается Твоим учеником, / имже благовествование носящи, / еже ко Отеческому жребию восход возвещающи. // С неюже сподоби и нас явления Твоего, Владыко Господи.

Mary's tears are not in vain shed warm, / be worthy of both the teaching Angels and the vision of Jesus Himself. / But still the earthly philosophizes, / like a weak wife: / the same is sent not to touch Christ. / But both the preacher is sent by Your disciple, / who carry the gospel, / herald the sunrise to the Father's lot. // Grantly vindicate us of Thy appearance, O Lord, Lord.
