1 В конец, о точилех, псалом Давиду

2 Господи, Господь наш, яко чудно имя Твое по всей земли, яко взятся великолепие Твое превыше небес.
(Господи, Господь наш, как чудно имя Твоё по всей земле, ибо превознеслось великолепие Твоё превыше небес!)

3 Из уст младенец и ссущих совершил еси хвалу, враг Твоих ради, еже разрушити врага и местника.
(Из уст младенцев и грудных детей Ты устроил хвалу ради врагов Твоих, чтобы уничтожить врага и мстителя.)

4 Яко узрю небеса, дела перст Твоих, луну и звезды, яже Ты основал еси.
(Когда увижу небеса – дела перстов Твоих, луну и звёзды, которые Ты утвердил,)

5 Что есть человек, яко помниши eго? или сын человечь, яко посещаеши eго?
(то что – человек, что Ты помнишь его, или сын человеческий, что посещаешь его?)

6 Умалил еси eго малым чим от ангел, славою и честию венчал еси eго.
(Чем-то малым Ты умалил его пред Ангелами, славою и честью увенчал его,)

7 И поставил еси eго над делы руку Твоею, вся покорил еси под нозе eго.
(и поставил его над делами рук Твоих, всё покорил под ноги его:)

8 Овцы и волы вся, еще же и скоты польския,
(овец и всех волов, а ещё и скот на полях,)

9 птицы небесныя, и рыбы морския, преходящыя стези морския.
(птиц небесных и рыб морских, всё проходящее стезями морскими.)

10 Господи, Господь наш, яко чудно имя Твое по всей земли.
(Господи, Господь наш, как чудно имя Твоё по всей земле!)

2 Lord our Lord, as your name is wonderful throughout all the earth, as your splendor is taken above the heavens.
(Lord, our Lord, how wonderful is Thy name in all the earth, for Thy splendor is exalted above the heavens!)

3 From the mouth of the baby and the pissing thou hast made praise, thy enemy for thy sake, hedgehog to destroy the enemy and the local.
(From the mouths of babies and sucklings You have arranged praise for your enemies, to destroy the enemy and the avenger.)

4 For I will see the heavens, the works are Thy finger, the moon and the stars, even Thou hast founded.
(When I see the heavens - the works of Thy fingers, the moon and the stars that Thou hast approved,)

5 What is a man, as if you remember him? or a son of man, as if you were visiting him?
(what is - a man that you remember him, or a son of man that you visit him?)

6 Thou hast humbled him with a little angel from an angel, with glory and honor thou hast crowned him.

7 And thou hast set thy hand over deeds; thou hast subdued all things under his nose.

10 Lord, our Lord, for thy name is wonderful throughout all the earth.
