Ростислав Ищенко: "Я рад, что они торгуются, потому что такие заявления звучат только от глупости. Если за какую-то территорию требуют деньги, то государство признаёт, что эта территория ему не принадлежит, вопрос только в возможности отступных.

Если Киев начинает требовать деньги за Донбасс, значит, он признаёт, что Донбасс Киеву не принадлежит. И теперь вопрос заключается только в том, сколько за него можно получить. И с точки зрения пропаганды, и с точки зрения политики - это откровенная глупость. Но в Киеве никогда особым умом не страдали, поэтому и удивляться здесь нечему".

Алексей Анпилогов: "Начнём с того, что, несмотря на все неоднозначные события прошлого года, результатом которых стало образование новых государств - ДНР и ЛНР, позиция России в вопросе Донбасса была достаточно последовательной, начиная с мая 2014 года, когда президент России однозначно высказался о своём непринятии референдумов в народных республиках.

При этом Украина стоит сейчас перед неприятной вилкой решений. Международное право имеет две противоположные установки - нерушимость границ и одновременно возможность самоопределения народов. Риторика, которая использовалась Украиной на протяжении года, всячески подчеркивала первоочередную роль России в создании государственности ДНР и ЛНР. Оставляя за рамками волю народа, которая была высказана на референдуме, и позицию нынешних политических и военных элит республик, которые сделали свой осознанный выбор и последовательно, пусть со всеми существовавшими ограничениями, действовали в плане получения независимости.

Если Украина признаёт ДНР и ЛНР - понятное дело, ни о каких возмещениях ущерба речи идти не может. Признание полностью выключает Киев из процесса дальнейшего урегулирования на Донбассе. Поскольку в этом случае включается в действие статья Устава ООН о праве народов на самоопределение. Если же Украина, а это её единственный нынешний выбор, настаивает на представлении Донбасса и Крыма, как оккупированных территорий, то она оказывается в позиции обиженного ребёнка, у которого отобрали и Крым с его Южным берегом и морем, и перспективными газовыми запасами перспективными, и Донбасс с его углём, металлом и промышленными активами. При этом мнение жителей Донбасса и Крыма не учитывается. Заодно выстраиваются нехитрые конструкции о виновности России в происходившем на протяжении предыдущего года на Донбассе. Включая, кстати, обстрелы населённых пунктов, блокаду, и все остальные, откровенно враждебные по отношению к населению Донбасса действия киевского режима.

С моей точки зрения, Киев будет достаточно долго и последовательно утверждать, что в Крыму и на Донбассе живут неправильные украинцы, что это не люди, которые сами выбрали свою судьбу, а просто обманутые пропагандой и пр. Но эта линия является не более чем пропагандой для внутреннего потребления и для воздействия на мировое сообщество. Поскольку реальных рычагов добиться репараций как за Крым, так и за Донбасса, у Украины сейчас нет".

But in Kiev they never suffered from a special mind, therefore there is nothing to be surprised at. "

Alexey Anpilogov: “Let's start with the fact that, despite all the controversial events of the past year, which resulted in the formation of new states - the DPR and LPR, the position of Russia on the Donbass issue has been quite consistent since May 2014, when the Russian president unequivocally spoke about its rejection of referenda in the people's republics.

At the same time, Ukraine is now facing an unpleasant fork in decisions. International law has two opposing attitudes - the inviolability of borders and at the same time the possibility of self-determination of peoples. The rhetoric that Ukraine has used throughout the year has strongly emphasized Russia's primary role in creating the statehood of the DPR and LPR. Leaving beyond the will of the people, which was expressed in a referendum, and the position of the current political and military elites of the republics, who made their informed choices and consistently, albeit with all the existing restrictions, acted in terms of gaining independence.

If Ukraine recognizes the DPR and LPR - of course, there is no question of any damages. Recognition completely excludes Kiev from the process of further settlement in the Donbass. Since in this case the article of the UN Charter on the right of peoples to self-determination is included. If Ukraine, and this is its only current choice, insists on the idea of ​​Donbass and Crimea as occupied territories, then it finds itself in the position of an offended child, from whom Crimea with its southern coast and sea, and promising gas reserves, promising, and Donbass were taken with its coal, metal and industrial assets. Moreover, the opinion of residents of Donbass and Crimea is not taken into account. At the same time, simple constructions are being built about Russia's guilt in what happened during the previous year in the Donbass. Including, by the way, shelling of settlements, the blockade, and all the others, openly hostile to the population of Donbass, the actions of the Kiev regime.

From my point of view, Kiev will argue long enough and consistently that the wrong Ukrainians live in the Crimea and the Donbas, that these are not people who have chosen their own destiny, but simply deceived by propaganda, etc. But this line is nothing more than propaganda for domestic consumption and to impact the global community. Since there are real levers to achieve reparations both for Crimea and for Donbass, Ukraine does not have it now. "
