Смысл: "Скажи: Ищу убежища у Господа людей, Царя людей, Бога людей от зла искусителя [при упоминании Создателя] скрывающегося, сердца существ разумных совращающего, - как джиннов, так и людей".

Meaning: "Tell me: I am looking for refuge among the Lord people, the king of people, the god of people from the evil of the tempter [at the mention of the creator] of the hiding, the hearts of the creatures of the wise seduction, like jinn and people."
