Если будет тяжба между людьми, то пусть приведут их в суд и рассудят их, правого пусть оправдают, а виновного осудят;
и если виновный достоин будет побоев, то судья пусть прикажет положить его и бить при себе, смотря по вине его, по счету;
сорок ударов можно дать ему, а не более, чтобы от многих ударов брат твой не был обезображен пред глазами твоими.
Не заграждай рта волу, когда он молотит.
Если братья живут вместе и один из них умрет, не имея у себя сына, то жена умершего не должна выходить на сторону за человека чужого, но деверь ее должен войти к ней и взять ее себе в жену, и жить с нею, -
и первенец, которого она родит, останется с именем брата его умершего, чтоб имя его не изгладилось в Израиле.
Если же он не захочет взять невестку свою, то невестка его пойдет к воротам, к старейшинам, и скажет: деверь мой отказывается восставить имя брата своего в Израиле, не хочет жениться на мне;
тогда старейшины города его должны призвать его и уговаривать его, и если он станет и скажет: не хочу взять ее,
тогда невестка его пусть пойдет к нему в глазах старейшин, и снимет сапог его с ноги его, и плюнет в лице его, и скажет: так поступают с человеком, который не созидает дома брату своему.
и нарекут ему имя в Израиле: дом разутого.
Когда дерутся между собою мужчины, и жена одного подойдет, чтобы отнять мужа своего из рук бьющего его, и протянув руку свою, схватит его за срамный уд,
то отсеки руку ее: да не пощадит ее глаз твой.
В кисе твоей не должны быть двоякие гири, большие и меньшие;
в доме твоем не должна быть двоякая ефа, большая и меньшая;
гиря у тебя должна быть точная и правильная, и ефа у тебя должна быть точная и правильная, чтобы продлились дни твои на земле, которую Господь Бог твой дает тебе.
ибо мерзок пред Господом Богом твоим всякий делающий неправду.
Помни, как поступил с тобою Амалик на пути, когда вы шли из Египта:
как он встретил тебя на пути, и побил сзади тебя всех ослабевших, когда ты устал и утомился, и не побоялся он Бога;
итак, когда Господь Бог твой успокоит тебя от всех врагов твоих со всех сторон, на земле, которую Господь Бог твой дает тебе в удел, чтоб овладеть ею, изгладь память Амалика из поднебесной; не забудь.

If there is a lawsuit between people, then let them bring them to court and judge them, let the right be acquitted, and the guilty condemned;
and if the guilty one is worthy of beating, then the judge shall order to put him down and beat him with him, according to his fault, according to the count;
forty blows may be given to him, and no more, so that by many blows your brother may not be disfigured before your eyes.
Do not block your mouth when the ox is threshing.
If brothers live together and one of them dies without having a son, then the wife of the deceased should not marry a stranger, but her brother-in-law should come to her and take her as his wife, and live with her, -
and the firstborn whom she gives birth to will remain with the name of his brother who died, so that his name would not be blotted out in Israel.
If he does not want to take his daughter-in-law, then his daughter-in-law will go to the gate, to the elders, and say: My brother-in-law refuses to restore his brother's name in Israel, does not want to marry me;
then the elders of his city must call him and persuade him, and if he becomes and says: I do not want to take her,
Then let his daughter-in-law go to him in the eyes of the elders, and take off his boot from his foot, and spit in his face, and say: This is what they do to a man who does not build a house for his brother.
And they will call his name in Israel, House of the Striped One.
When men are fighting among themselves, and the wife of one comes up to take her husband out of the hands of the beating him, and stretching out her hand, grabs him by the shameful oud,
then cut off her hand; let not your eyes spare her.
In your kitty there should not be two weights, large and small;
in your house there must not be a double ephah, a large and a small one;
your weight must be accurate and correct, and you must have an accurate and correct ephah, so that your days on the land that the Lord your God gives you may last.
For everyone who practices unrighteousness is an abomination to the Lord thy God.
Remember what Amalek did to you on the way, when you came from Egypt:
how he met you on the way, and beat all the weak behind you, when you were tired and weary, and he did not fear God;
So, when the Lord your God has comforted you from all your enemies from all sides, on the land that the Lord your God gives you as an inheritance in order to take possession of it, blot out the memory of Amalek from high places; Do not forget.
