It was written under the influence of Bhaktivedanta Swami and the idea that “we are not these bodies”, we are in these material bodies in the physical world. “Material” does not necessarily mean money — it is all that is material, everything that physically exists as opposed to the imperceptible, astral, or causal. All this was written because it sounded good: - Ma-te-rial world - Li-ving in the ma-te-rial world. This is in addition a humorous song with several jokes, if you suddenly did not notice:
