Аполло 440 (Apollo 440)
Альянс образовалась в Ливерпуле в 1990 году. В ее состав вошли братаны Тревор Грей (клавишные, вокал) и Ховард Грей(бэк-вокал), а также Ноко (вокал/гитара/клавишные). Вдохновленные музыкой в стиле хаус они раскрыли собственный лейбл Stealth Sonic Records и сначала выпускали свои записи едва на нем. После выхода ведущих синглов “Blackout”, “Destiny” и “Lolita”, ставшего клубным хитом, Apollo 440 получили широкую известность. Они укрепили свою славу благодаря ремиксам на таковых исполнителей, как U2, Лиз Фрэнсис, EMF и Pop Will Eat Itself.
Более масштабная известность прибыла к альянсу в 1993 году после выхода сингла “Astral America”, записанного с использованием сэмпла из хита популярной в 70-е альянсы Emerson, Lake And Palmer. В феврале 1997 года Apollo 440 попали в лучшую британскую десятку с песенкой “Ain’t Talkin’ About Dub”, в котором использовались сэмплы из композиции альянсы Van Halen, а в августе близкого года их тема к кинофильму “Lost In Space” очутилась сразу на четвертом места в чартах США. В конце 90-х к альянсу присоединяется еще один колоритный персонаж - Мэри Миллингтон (из Gaye Bykers On Acid), и в сентябре 1999 года они вместе записывают хит “Stop The Rock”. В том же году альянс выпускает альбом “Gettin’ High On Your Own Supply”. Целый близкий год музыканты непрерывно выступают. Сейчас альянс работает над очередным альбомом.

Apollo 440 (Apollo 440)
The alliance was formed in Liverpool in 1990. It included bros Trevor Gray (keyboards, vocals) and Howard Gray (backing vocals), as well as Noko (vocals / guitar / keyboards). Inspired by house music, they opened their own label, Stealth Sonic Records, and at first released their records barely on it. The Apollo 440 became a big hit after the hit singles Blackout, Destiny and Lolita were released. They solidified their fame with remixes of artists such as U2, Liz Francis, EMF and Pop Will Eat Itself.
Greater fame came to the alliance in 1993 after the release of the single "Astral America", recorded using a sample from the hit of the 70s popular Emerson alliance, Lake And Palmer. In February 1997, Apollo 440 hit the top ten in Britain with the song “Ain't Talkin 'About Dub”, which used samples from the composition of the Van Halen alliance, and in August of this year, their theme for the movie “Lost In Space” appeared immediately on fourth place in the US charts. In the late 90s, another colorful character, Mary Millington (of Gaye Bykers On Acid), joined the alliance, and in September 1999 they recorded the hit “Stop The Rock” together. In the same year, the alliance released the album Gettin 'High On Your Own Supply. For a whole close year, the musicians perform continuously. Now the alliance is working on the next album.
