Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra
Om tryambakaṃ yajāmahe
Sugandhiṃ puṣṭi-vardhanam
Urvārukam iva bandhanān
Mṛtyormukṣīya māmṛtāt

Махамритьюнджая – это мантра учения кайя-кальпа (искусства бессмертия) из Лайя-йоги. Многократное чтение этой мантры способно восстановить обменные процессы, остановить процессы старения в организме и омолодить физическое тело. Эта мантра предписывается в сложных, порой безнадёжных случаях и для нейтрализации неблагоприятных планетных влияний. Её называют великой, и даже волшебной. Она даёт исцеление, энергию, могущество, устойчивость и силу.

Махамритьюнджая мантра эффективно работает даже без её получения. Защитная по своей сути, она не грозная, не строгая и не требующая аскетизма. Она защищает не силой, не каким-то военным действием, а любовью. Да и что может защищать сильнее Любви? Махамритьюнджая мантра окутывает состоянием любви, меняет восприятие человека, привыкшего сталкиваться с препятствиями и болезнями, с враждебного или недоверчивого по отношению к окружающему миру на дружественное.

Далее, в зависимости от запросов и особенностей человека, эта мантра смягчает или вовсе развеивает тревоги. Цель этой мантры – направленность сознания на Самореализацию и освобождение от цикла рождения и смерти.

Приветствую Божественное, из трех ликов, жертвующее энергии всему Сущему, от начала Жизни, до конца дыхания Её, затем изливающееся из каждого и из меня в том числе, как дыхание силы и знания, дающее возможность пройти сквозь смерть к бессмертию.

Ом! Поклонение Трехокому Господу, Шиве,
Благоуханному, Несущему Благо!
Разрушающий узы рождений и смертей,
Да освободит Он нас от смерти ради Бессмертия!

Mahammajuja is the Mantra of the teachings of Kaya-Calpa (the art of immortality) from Laya Yoga. Multiple reading of this mantra is able to restore metabolic processes, stop the process of aging in the body and rejuvenate the physical body. This mantra is prescribed in difficult, sometimes hopeless cases and to neutralize adverse planetary influences. It is called great, and even magical. It gives healing, energy, power, sustainability and strength.

Mahamierjung Mantra effectively works even without it. Protective in its essence, it is not terrible, not strict and not requiring asceticism. She protects not by force, not by some military action, but love. And what can protect stronger love? Mahammajung Mantra envelops the state of love, changes the perception of a person who is accustomed to face obstacles and diseases, with a hostile or incredulous to the world friendly.
