В «Жигулях» смешного цвета
Свадьба катится, без шариков и лент…
И, как глаз, подбита фара,
И машине этой старой
Cтолько, сколько и невесте лет…
(девятнадцать!)
В платье напрокат, за двести…
На сиденье заднем тесно -
Ног не вытянуть, спины не разогнуть!..
И измучена до стона,
Лиза в белом платье тонет,
И оборочки волнами бьются в грудь…
Зеленая шестерка
Резиною истертой
По шумному проспекту в ЗАГС бежит!
Сегодня день особый,
Она еще способна
Еще разок кому-то послужить!..
Зеленая шестерка,
Вновь в отражении стекол
Цветным огнем играют витражи!..
Другие сняли сливки -
С витрин глядит с ухмылкой
Чужая, бриллиантовая жизнь!
«Без понтов» кортеж венчальный,
А она ведь так мечтала,
Чтоб кудрявый мальчик нес ее фату!..
Чтоб другой была машина,
И портниха платье сшила,
Чтоб хранить его всю жизнь в шкафу...

За крутыми не угнаться,
Можно даже не пытаться!
Жизнь другая - убегающий мираж!
Кому - виллы, кому - вилы!
У билетиков счастливых
Почему-то слишком маленький тираж!
Красный свет - ворчит водитель…
Как всегда, нашелся зритель
И уставил глаз болотные огни!..
Зажигайся же, зеленый,
И туда, где ждет влюбленный,
Ты, шестерочка, давай, гони!
Он - не Ротшильда наследник, -
С ним и на велосипеде
В ЗАГС поехала б, лишь только он моргни!
Тот, кто ей кольцо наденет
Ласков с ней не из-за денег,
И все этой ночью будет по любви!..
