Земля двинула стрелки
Двух полярных осей
Может это проделки
Планетарных гостей?
Надоел им Экватор
Где жара и пески
Смотрят в иллюминатор
Маются от тоски
Им бы ветер навстречу
И лыжню подлинней
Снег в лесах белоснежный
Что на лапах елей
Где под солнцем искрится
Каждый ствол у дерев
Ветви их, как ресницы
У прекраснейших дев
Блёстки сыплет в сугробы
Ласковый ветерок
Это он не со злобы –
Просто он одинок
Поиграет с ветвями
И повьюжит слегка
И с людьми, как с друзьями
Пошалит иногда
Бросит с веток снежинки
На лицо, за ворот
Прикоснутся пушинки -
Засмеётся народ
И гостям – всё в новинку
Мы разбудим гостей
Удивим их картинкой
И оденем теплей…

They're tired of the Equator
Where is the heat and sands
Looking out the porthole
They suffer from melancholy
The wind would meet them
And a longer ski track
Snow in the forests is snow-white
What's on the paws of spruce trees
Where it sparkles under the sun
Every tree trunk
Their branches are like eyelashes
From the most beautiful maidens
Sparkles pour into the snowdrifts
gentle breeze
This is not out of malice -
He's just lonely
Plays with the branches
And he'll freak out a little
And with people as with friends
Plays pranks sometimes
Throws snowflakes from the branches
On the face, behind the collar
The fluff touches -
People will laugh
And everything is new to the guests
We will wake up the guests
Let's surprise them with a picture
And let's dress warmly...
