Гаятри Мантра

Первая строка Гаятри-мантры — "Ом Бхур бхувах суваха". Считается, что мантра обращена к трем мирам — земному, "срединному" и небесному — сварге, обители богов. Бху относится к телу. Оно состоит из панча бхутас (пяти великих первоэлементов). Эти элементы образуют пракрити (природу). Между природой и телом существует тесная связь. Одни и те же элементы присутствуют и в природе, и в теле. Бхувах — это прана шакти (жизненная сила), дающая жизнь телу. Аспекты Гаятри Мантры

Gayatri Mantra

The first line of the Gayatri Mantra is Om Bhur bhuvah suvaha. It is believed that the mantra is addressed to the three worlds - the earthly, "middle" and heavenly - svarga, the abode of the gods. Aspects of the Gayatri Mantra

Who is Gayatri! Gayatri is not a goddess at all. "Gayatri chandasam mata" (Gayatri ~ mother of the Vedas). "Gayantam trayathe ithi Gayatri" (Gayatri saves the one who recites the mantra). Gayatri is always present where the mantra is chanted.
