Их было девять... призраки в ночи,
Их было девять против зла и боли,
И только их, а не чужая воля
Сковала воедино их мечи.
Их было девять, и тяжел был рок:
За то, что в темноте искали света,
Им суждена печаль звезды и ветра,
И память, как отточенный клинок.
